His performances include Don Keefer in HBO's The Newsroom, and Matt Short in Life in Pieces. In the early months of 2016, Sadoski was engaged to Amanda Seyfried. The couple were engaged on the 12th of September 2016, and got married the 12th of March in 2017. On March 24 2017 it was revealed to be public that Seyfried had given birth to their daughter. In September of 2020, Seyfried gave birth to their second child. Their son. Sadoski is an INARA board member. non-profit INARA. This organization provides medical care for children who have sustained injuries due to conflict. He serves as an ambassador for War Child USA and War Child Canada. He is also on the advisory board of Fortify Rights, and a board member Emeritus for Refugees International.
