Anya Taylor-Joy

The birth of Anya Taylor-Joy took place on the 16th of April, 1996, in Miami Florida. She is the mother of Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist named Anya Taylor-Joy. She is an Argentinean with Scottish, English and Argentinean heritage. The mother of Taylor-Joy is Spanish with English roots. Taylor-Joy has five siblings four from her father's previous marriage. The family lived within Buenos Aires until she was six years old, and then moved to the Victoria region of London. Taylor Joy claims that her move to England was very traumatic. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. The school she attended had to be changed to Northlands to Hill House. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. When she was 16, she quit school in order to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to be an actor. The opportunity was offered to her opportunity by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, who offered her an opportunity as a model.
